Covid-19 Update: 20.03.20

Following our previous Covid-19 communication on 17th March, we would like to update all of our clients regarding our service levels and the measures we are taking to limit the spread of this virus.

In line with the UK Government’s social distancing measures - including restricting non-essential travel - we are pleased to confirm that our colleagues have now successfully transitioned to home working and that our service levels have remained consistently strong.

Combined with our robust business continuity plan, our investment in technology allows us to communicate remotely with our colleagues, clients and chosen insurers in a highly secure, efficient and effective manner, enabling us to remain open for business as usual.
