Happy New Year and business as usual at Erskine Murray

We’d like to wish all our customers, strategic partners and suppliers a very Happy New Year. We hope you enjoyed the festive season as well as you were able, given the restrictions, and extend our wishes for you to keep safe as we enter the new year.
It’s certainly been a difficult few months. With the vaccine programme now well under way and a promise from the Government to vaccinate everyone over 18 by the autumn, we have the welcome prospect of light at the end of the tunnel.
Here, at Erskine Murray, our staff have been working hard to maintain our usual high levels of service. We’d like to say a huge thank you for their sterling effort and, where there have been unavoidable delays due to circumstances beyond our control, we’d also like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding.
Once again, our staff find themselves working remotely from home but thanks to our business continuity planning that saw us roll out a ‘working from home’ plan during the first lockdown, we are well placed to continue this arrangement.
With the plan in place and working well, it’s very much business as usual in the way we deal with clients, other than the fact we can’t hold face-to-face meetings – although Zoom and Teams are providing good alternatives. While lockdown 3 continues, we are able to provide fast response, advice and our usual high levels of expertise and market knowledge.
